Privacy policy
TradePhone collects very little about you. If you browse, we only see anonymous visit counts. If you submit a listing or buy Featured, we get what you send us and use it to run your listing. We never sell it.
Who we are
TradePhone (gettradephone.com) is a directory of AI receptionists and front office tools for home service trades. TradePhone is operated by Nick Mayer. If you have a question about your data, email bomerangco@gmail.com.
If you just browse the site
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It gives us aggregate numbers like page views, which pages are popular, referring sites, country and device type. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites. We can't see who you are from it.
Like any website, our host Vercel processes standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
If you submit a listing
The submit form asks for your name, your email and details about your product, such as its name, website, category, pricing and description. When you press send, the form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form delivery service. We use what you send to review and publish your listing, to contact you about it and to keep it accurate. Product details you give us may appear publicly on your listing. Your name and email do not.
If you buy Featured
Featured payments are handled by Stripe. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, and we never see or store your card details. Stripe tells us that a payment was made, along with details like your email and which listing it was for, so we can turn on your Featured placement. Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
If you email us or we email you about a listing, we keep that conversation so we can follow up. If you don't want to hear from us again, reply and say so and we'll stop.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't use advertising cookies or ad trackers. We only share data with the services listed above that help us run the site (Vercel, FormSubmit and Stripe), and only what they need to do that job.
How long we keep it
We keep listing submissions and related emails for as long as your listing is live or we're in touch about it, and delete them when they're no longer needed, unless we have to keep payment records for tax or accounting reasons.
Removing your data or listing
You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information you sent us, or to remove your listing, at any time. Email bomerangco@gmail.com with the name of the product and what you'd like changed or removed, and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
