Who runs it
TradePhone is run by Nick. He picks the tools, checks the prices and writes the guides. It's a small independent site, not owned by any of the vendors it lists.
Why it exists
Shop owners lose jobs when the phone rings while everyone is on a roof or under a sink. There are now dozens of tools that promise to fix that, and most comparison pages are written by one of the vendors. TradePhone puts them side by side with the prices each vendor publishes and the date we checked them, so you can make a short list fast.
How TradePhone makes money
- Listings are free. Any tool that serves home service businesses can submit a free listing.
- Vendors can pay $47 one time to be Featured. Featured moves a tool to the front of its category and adds a badge and a highlighted card. It's always labeled Featured.
- Featured changes the order, never the facts. Prices, billing details and descriptions on a Featured listing follow the same rules as every other listing.
- Quick picks in the guides are editorial. Nobody can pay to become a pick.

Spot a mistake or want to talk?
Use the listing form to send a correction or a new tool. Put the page address and what's wrong in the notes and we'll fix it, usually within a few days.
